More space needed: a timeline of events

Late 2006:  Realise I don’t have enough space on my 100gb FireLite drive

Dec 2006:  Order a 500gb Iomega MiniMax drive from Apple
Iomega MiniMax

Jan 2007:  Receive email from Apple saying product discontinued, but offering ugly alternative.

Jan 2007:  Cancel Apple order.  Place order with JigSaw24.

16/02/2007:  Recieve dispatch order from JigSaw24!! :D

17/02/2007:  5pm: Receive delivery failure card from courier.

17/02/2007:  7pm:  Drive to depot and collect parcel. Sigh.

17/02/2007:  7:30pm:  Arrive home and excitedly unpack parcel.

17/02/2007:  7:55pm:  iChat Steve to ask if he bothered installing the CD software that came with it. (No)

17/02/2007: 7:57pm:  Plug in new drive.  Drag and drop photos, video and music onto it.

17/02/2007:  8:00pm:  Happily watch EastEnders, safe in the knowledge that my data is currently moving to a bigger home :)
