Clothes I don't want, mostly. I don't think I've ever bought anything in a January sale that I actually liked and wore more than once. I've only bought a couple of things over the years on stupid impulse. I think the problem is a lot of it is end-of-season stuff, and these things are in excess either because it was a popular item, so it's all rather dull and MOTR, or so vile nobody wanted it in the first place, meaning it'll be in the next sale a month later.
